The eco-tourism project is administered by PIKES, and its partners include Maailmankylä Oy (Joensuu, Finland), Varna Free University (Bulgaria), Meath Partnerships (Ireland), Business College (Lithuania) and the European Center for Ecological Agriculture and Tourism (Poland). The EU's Lifelong Learning Programme will finance 70% of the project's €385,000 budget.
